How to Request DG as Your PDSES Provider

If you would like to use your PDSES funds with Defeating Goliaths™, please email:

Include:

• Student’s name

• Parent/guardian name

• Parent/guardian email

• Parent/guardian phone number

We will submit your request to PDSES so they can approve DG as your provider.
